The problem

The market was a dozen independent stalls with no shared face, and shoppers could not tell which bag came from where.

The solution

A shared pattern library and a six-colour palette. Each stall picks its own pairing, but every pack sits on the same shelf grid.

The outcome

The market now reads as one place. Shoppers carry the bags away like souvenirs, and stalls reuse the system for new products.
