The problem
Specialty coffee shelves all look alike, with kraft bags and tiny type. A small roaster needed packs people want to pick up.
The solution
Every roast gets a name and a character from one illustrated universe, like Café Fugaz and Radical Toast. A wave edge ties the pouch, the cup and the kettle together.
The outcome
The first two roasts sold out at the Saturday market, and three cafés now pour the range.
